"Weather Alert Widget for Your City: How to set it up"

A weather widget is a small application that you can place on your smartphone's home screen or on your personal website to get instant weather updates. While our web app itself does not offer a homescreen widget, you can save our website for quick access. However, for website owners, we offer our own embeddable widget.

For Smartphone Users: Quick Access to the Web App

You can easily add our website to your home screen, making it feel almost like a native app:

You now have an icon on your home screen that takes you directly to the latest weather data for your last selected location.

For Website Owners: Our Free Weather Widget

If you run your own website (e.g., for a hotel, a restaurant, or a local blog), you can embed our free weather widget to provide added value to your visitors.

How it works:

  1. Visit our Widget Page: Go to our Weather Widget configuration page.
  2. Select a City: Choose the city for which the weather should be displayed from the list.
  3. Copy the Code: Copy the provided HTML code snippet.
  4. Paste on Your Website: Paste the code into the HTML of your website where you want the widget to appear (e.g., in a sidebar or footer).

The widget is maintenance-free, updates automatically, and even adapts to the dark or medium theme if the user has set it on our site. It's a simple and elegant way to enhance your website with useful, local information.
